At the moment I am finishing my PhD research project on User-Centred Design in Small-to-Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs). But in the meantime I have already started a Post-doc research project at TU Delft on using design skills to support an organization to change towards delivering Product-Service Systems (PSS). On this website you can find more information on both research projects (see above). I regularly put new items on this website to inform you about new developments in my research as well as events where you can meet me.
